openvpn client issue (Windows XP)

HI!
I find a problem on the openvpn client on Windows XP
after the connection it shows on the log this line lot o times

Wed May 25 17:23:12 2011 Authenticate/Decrypt packet error: bad packet ID (may be a replay): [ #122 ] -- see the man page entry for --no-replay and --replay-window for more info or silence this warning with --mute-replay-warnings

What is this warning? How can I solve it?

I have 2 openvpn clients,
Another issue that I find is that from the server I can ping the 10.8.0.26 client but not the 10.8.0.10
Why?
The two clients are in the same lan so they have the same ip address, it can be a problem?
