Hi,
I'm running OpenVPN Access Server 1.8.0 virtual appliance. Recently I've been asked to allow VPN connection based on client computers MAC address (to restrict users to make VPN connection from certain computers ONLY). I came across this article: "Access Server Post-Auth Script/Host Checking" http://www.openvpn.net/index.php/access ... cript.html which seems supports such a feature in addition with some others. However my problem is I'm very new to OpenVPN and can NOT figure out basically how to make such a script based on the description found in this article. Is someone out there who has done this before or maybe knows how to make this work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ehsan

Re: Post Auth Script: based on client's computer MAC addres
this forum is for the community (open source) version of OpenVPN only; Access Server is the commerical version of OpenVPN with its own support team. See topic7036.html for details.
