I had the latest version of OpenVPN Connect app (1.2.9) and I had no issues with it until this 30.04.2018. It just stops connecting to the OpenVPN server.
I checked the same OpenVPN profile on Windows and it connects.
I have reinstalled the OpenVPN profile in iOS app but it didn't help.
I decided to delete the OpenVPN Connect app and install it again from App Store. Now, when I try to install it from App Store I always get a message: "Unable to Download App. OpenVPN Connect could not be installed at this time."
I can install and update other apps from App Store without any issues.
I have rebooted an iPhone but it didn't help.
Is it possible that I was banned from installing this app?

Re: the app don't install from App Store
Hey there, it's frustrating when apps won't download from the App Store! Here are a few things you can try to fix it:-
Check your Internet connection- Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong cellular signal. Sometimes a simple restart can do the trick.
Check for updates- Go to Settings > General > Software Update and make sure your iPhone's software is up-to-date.
Check your storage- Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage to see how much free space you have. You might need to delete some unused apps or files to free up space.
Sign out of your Apple ID- Go to Settings > [Your Name] and tap Sign Out. Then, restart your iPhone and sign back in.
Reset network settings- This will erase all network settings, including Wi-Fi passwords and cellular settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
If you are facing the issue after trying these step, you can follow for more better assistance below.
