Can't connect to vpn outside of LAN

Can't connect to vpn outside of LAN

Hello I created openvpn server on my windows 10 machine.
Whenever I try to connect from the client I get timeout.
I checked logs in my router, it says "Unreplied" to this connection.
Any help?
