Remove the Import Profile option for users

Hi, I am looking for a way to disable the import profile button to users using OpenVPN connect on windows. The point is to only allow admin users to add profiles since in our small org context we don't want to allow users to import other profiles not related to company resources.
The typical scenario is: 2 windows users on the same pc, one with admin privileges and the other without them. The admin user installs OpenVPN client, and imports all the needed profiles. The user with no admin privileges should only be allowed to enable or disable the profiles added by the admin.
Any other suggestions or ways to achieve the above are welcome.
