Hi,
When I installed my centos operational system I didn't install all packets from the option base system.
And I am having a message on my failed vpn telling me problems on my socket TCP/UDP: failed to bind on local address: Permission Denied.
Do Somebody have experience on Centos packets, or this is not a missing packet problem?
Tips are welcome.
What packets of centos base system - to run openvpn?

2)post your server config
3)is selinux enabled?
4)what services are running?
