Problems with TAP0901 and Hidden (Characteristics=0x89)

Hi and Thanks for a great open source project!

I normally edit the OemWin2k File so the Interface will be hidden.
But with the 2.2.0 rls I get a problem "UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices" running the TAP driver with the normal Characteristics (0x81) works but not when i change them to 0x89 so have the support bin removed or is there a new value?
