Problem with connection to VPN

Good morning, I have two VPNs that I use to connect to two different environments, a production environment and a test environment. The production environment VPN works correctly, the test environment VPN has no longer connected for a few days. I tried to update the configuration file but the problem that occurs is still this

Hello,

This generally means your VPN server is unreachable. So yeah. Check that it is actually reachable at the address that it is configured to connect to. Try doing a local connection or a connection from another internet connection for example to confirm that your server is actually up and running and reachable at the expected address.
