On server 2.8.5. everyone who updated has an issue.
Could not connect because mac/uuid was not expected.
Looking at the logs, the last octet of their mac address are seen as 0x00. None of them has a MAC address ending 0x00
I brought up a new server on 3.11 and same issue.
So 3.4.3 is not fully baked.
And openvpn support is behaving like they have not seen this.

This is a know issue with OpenVPN Connect for macOS ver. 3.4.3
And it was already fixed in the latest macOS release 3.4.4
