How to connect with openvpn3 connect with cli

Dear Community,

Hello, I am Windows 11 user and installed openvpn3. I want to know how to connect OpenVPN 3 with windows cli. I try OpenVPNConnect.exe in cmd but only open OpenVPN. Please can you help me how to connect OpenVPN with command in v3 with ovpn.
