Unable to connect

Hi:
I have been having problem using open VPN to login to my office desktop, just curious, is there time limit on the VPN remote connection?

there is no specific error message, just unable to coneect to remote computer, server is not enabled or not able to reach. I tried connect to a different computer, and it's working fine.

Last time, I had this issue, I thought the office desktop would be the issue, and restarted it but still not working. And it's doing it again now, after it was fixed by a tech.
