[HELP] Create Premium VPN using OpenVPN

Im new here

i found a website offering a premium VPN and they are using OpenVPN with user authentication

i just want to create this kind of application, my own VPN using OpenVPN

i just need help and instructions on how,

do i need to have a physical server or is it ok to use a hosting server like godaddy for my database of my users..

and how can i configure user authentication to direct to my server..

is there any source there that i can use?
