Hello,
I am working with creating a standard that deploys OpenVPN as secure transport. There are few matters that I would like to know:
1. TLS over UDP - is this according DTLS RFC4347, or is TLS support created with OpenVPN's own UDP transport?
2. is there any real specification existing where you could refer to?
3. When do you think IPv6 would be supported both as carrier & routed inside of tunnel
thank you for your responses,
Mika Saaranen

Re: TLS over UDP
@1: OpenVPN TLS-over-UDP is openvpn-proprietary and is not documented in an RFC, for all I know.
@2: check the openvpn.net pages , e.g.
http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-sourc ... rview.html
for details of the openvpn protocol
@3: the openvpn 2.3 release (which is scheduled for july) should support IPv6 both inside and outside the tunnel
