Can't login to server

Hi,

I am enouncing an issue, we can't connect anymore to the server. After looking around for the cause, I have found in the ipp.txt file this line:
NO-1,10.77.0.27
Can it be from the system? I didnt create this user, and I can't find any information in openvpn.log of where is this user is connecting from.

Tried couple of changes in OPVN file, restarts, reboots. still the same.
Any idea for someone?
