Hi there,
I am new to configuring OpenVPN. I have a bit of a strange inquiry which may be worded incorrectly.
Suppose I have a few OpenVPN access servers (which are not managed by me and are on a network separate from mine). I have the ability to provision accounts for end users, on these servers. What I want to know is whether it is possible to:
Set up a single domain (auth.mycompany.com) that certificate is configured to connect to, that first authenticates the user against my own database, and then proceeds to route the user to a specific external OpenVPN server based on my own parameters (time of day, locatio, etc).
I would imagine that this can be done through load balancing, but I have no direct access to the OpenVPN configurations. So I realize that this would likely have to be implemented with some kind of intermediary separate from OpenVPN, but if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks!
Question about routing logins
