Hi, there!
Have client OpenVPN 2.5.7 . Working fine, ping by DNS have answer.
I install OpenVPN Connect 3.3.6 (last version). Connect - ok, ping ip - ok, ping DNS - not resolve. On my WINS server registration ok.
It's bug, or no ?? Help, please!

In my local network I have DNS server and then resolve requests I allow option:
Settings - Advanced Settings - Allow using local DNS resolvers
