Win10 - can't run OpenVPN Connect. How to fix it?

Win 10 x64 21H2 19044.1526, OpenVPN Connect 3.3.6, upon start writes the following error:

electron: --openssl-legacy-provider is not allowed in NODE_OPTIONS

How can I fix the error?

Hello! Could you please check your environment variables on the machine? Most likely you have NODE_OPTIONS --openssl-legacy-provider there. Please try to remove it if I'm correct.
