OpenVPN Connect Server on Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS - Stuck on "Connecting"

Hello,

Recently I have started experiencing issues with my OpenVPN Server/Client
I am not aware of any major changes I've made to my system that could be the culprit of this.

Basically, when connecting to my OpenVPN server, it just is on a "Connecting" state until it times out.
I'm using the openvpn-install.sh script. (See https://github.com/angristan/openvpn-install)

I have...
- Checked open ports on my server (UDP Port 1194 is open under the OpenVPN service)
- Checked & Disabled/Enabled/Made Rules for all firewall softwares on my system (ufw and iptables)
- Reinstalled OpenVPN on both my server & client
- Modified Configs
- Rebooted the server

All to no avail.
