Terminal frozen

Hi all

I'm using the last opensource community version, but I searched dozens of forums without finding the solution to my problem.
Which is a loss of connection, frozen screen in fact, as soon as I want to edit a file, my ssh terminal is frozen.
I have to restart my session, while the vpn is still connected.

Would there be an option to set up concerning the buffer for example? The MTU? I don't know.

So I'm going to do as instructed, but I don't have anything in the logs that could explain why putty freezes or that I can no longer reach an internal web service when I go through my phone...And no worries via my box. ..
