AutoLogin as System Service before login not working

I followed step by step the page https://openvpn.net/vpn-server-resource ... emon-mode/
and I can't get ovpnconnector to work. In the windows event logs I get an error telling me that the file does not exist.
I added the profile in the cofiguration nothing works
I need help
