OpenVPN satellite linux box - HBBTV issue

Hi Folks,
I have an OpenVPN client installed on my Linux SAT box, the conf file for a specific location is configured with default settings.
I discovered today, that all HBBTV services are not loading while the client is active, once stopped, all hybrid tv streams get uploaded.
Can anyone suggest what rule needs to be applied to allow the traffic from a specific service?
