OpenVPN Server on Webmin

I'm trying to get an OpenVPN server set up on my home LAN. I have Webmin/Virtualmin already running hosting my websites and email so I figured it would be better to run it on that box vs on my router. It was running on the router but the router is overloaded between that, NAS and ad blocker so I want the VPN server off of it. I get to the step where I am trying to set up a VPN server and it has been sitting "thinking" about doing something for the last 2 hours. Does anyone have any idea how to get this running? I followed a YT video to get to this point and they got through this step without any issues.
