ReadyNAS install

Hello, not sure if this is the correct place to post this. I have a ReadyNAS316 and I am wanting to put OpenVPN on it and I am Looking for step by Step instruction. I have VPNunlimited account and it says for me to install OpenVPN and I should be able to use my VPNunlimited account. I email VPNunlimited and this is what they said.

I went there and generated and downloaded a file, but from there I do not know how to do anything like this so if anybody can give me a step by step written for a person that does not know anything about this. Thanks in advance for any and all help

Neatgear has no help on this even in the user forms the few who tried to help said they themselves did not put it on there NAS so they did not know exactly how but say it should be possible
