not connecting

hi everyone,

i have a strange problem that im not sure hot to resolve.

Home fiber connection with company called XX and im using PFSENSE

my mobile has 2 lines one by XX and other by XY

once i try to connect to my network with my XX line it works like a charm, but when i try connect using my other line XY, it does not connect.

Please help
