OpenVPN drop connections when 3 are connected....

hello Guys, i hope that anyone can help me!

And sorry for my bad english....

I just do what this tutorial says (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... untu-14-04)
But just work fine with 1 client... when other client open connection maybe works fine too.. and when third client open i have this error that i post for you below and all connections open is droped!
