Hi all,
I have been trying to access services (ssh, Plex media server, vnc, etc, etc) on my local network via my VPN client. As far as I know I have setup everything correctly and it does not seem to be a routing issue, I say this because I am able to access http and https on the same local network (on the same machines I am trying to ssh/vnc to).
My vpn setup is in NAT mode with my local network being a 192.168.1.0/24 and the VPN network being 192.168.0.0/24. I have added the "push route " option in my conf file and added a static route to my ssh/vnc/plex server. The only thing I have not been able to do is add a static route on my router as it does not allow me to.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Sunny

Re: Accessing local services via vpn
is a firewall running on either the VPN server or the destination device? doing a packet trace (tcpdump, wireshark) on all machines involved should show you what is going on.
