Hey guyz,
I want to know if it is possible to connect to a Openvpn server without the specific "Openvpn Client" installed on the client machine.
For example , as a client, Can I connect to my Openvpn Server with the Ubuntu's VPN default connection wizard ?
A little another question, my openvpn server is configured with PAM authentification (authentification by login / password) with the directive no-cert-required, but, as a client, when i connect to Openvpn server, we still need the "ca.crt".
How to connect the vpn client without this "ca.crt" or any certificate? which configuration is suitable for this type of connection?
Thanks =)

Re: Connexion to Openvpn Server without Openvpn Client
only openvpn can connect to openvpn
you did say "openvpn client" which makes me think you may be talking about the "openvpn client" which is linked to from http://www.openvpn.net
in reality, that is only for access server
The open source openvpn is at http://www.openvpn.net/download
that version will not require a ca.crt and should solve your problem
also, you mean that you use client-cert-not-required
