Some errors in HOWTO and FAQ.

Hello!

1. All links to FAQ in HOWTO link to FAQ itself, but not it's topics as supposed.
2. Information in FAQ's "How do I enable IP forwarding?" is correct, but incomplete, as the given command:

echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

will work before reboot only. Worth to mention this. Permanent change is distribution-specific.

3. "Everything seems to be configured correctly, but I can't ping across the tunnel." FAQ section has no details about firewalld commands. Firewalld is used in place of iptables in many recent distributions like RHEL/CentOS 7.

I don't have any troubles, I just pointed to some errors, dead links and incompleteness in documentation. It's not configuration related.
