openvpn connects with no traffic on win 7 64bit

hi every body
i am running openvpn 2.2.2 on win 7 64bit pc, the problem is that vpn connects with no traffic &
win shows the vpn network as "no internet access"
vpn client installed & run with vista sp1 compatibility with admin privilege
