Conect with the client with OpenVPN on Windows 10 on Macbook Pro (bootcamp)

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I have installed Windows 10 on my macbook pro (Ventura) via bootcamp, and then I installed OpenVPN (OpenVPN-2.6.5-I001-amd64) in my windows 10 partition, but the conection with the client doesn't work, how can I resolve the problem? can you help to configure it please?

just in case, I was able to connect to the client with OpenVPN from a normal PC.
