Monthly politics for auto-login users

We have such of dilemma. Our information security department ask us to disable auto login function and turn on MFA function on every account. Nice try, but we have around 10 VPN servers we working everyday. So after some discussion they try to find compromise with us if we can make such of script which will force re-entering login credentials once a month.
Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?

What you want is not something within the scope of OpenVPN. It is also something you need for work.

In the real world, when you need some work done which you cannot do, you hire somebody who can do it.
