hello,
our isp is blocked l2tp protocal so i foudn that the only solution is use sstp and it's not worl with xp,ophone,ipad...
so i work now to get a vps with ubounto and install openvpn as it's free ? or i have to buy per clients?
also it's support for iphone and ipad, android?
it there any specification for server ?

openvpn community edition is free...

specification..?
you mean config examples or hardware specs needed for such a task?

go to www.openvpn.net --> community -->downloads and download your client

if i got it correctly you want hardware specs,
it depends on how many connections you will have
generaly 1gb ram,one cpu and a linux distro (centos,ubuntu) will keep happily about 50 connections
maybe more...

please other mods submit their opinions 8-)

hello,
i have installed the openvpn access server on centos and setup the server and everythings are ok,
when client try to connect nothing happen it's just going and connecting then discounnect
i try to test from server using the access server vaildation tools it's tell me that is ok.
also i can see that there is a request to access server througe the log but no status.
so where is the problem?
