I would like to get the initial IP of the tunnel assigned to br0 rather than tap0. I already have the tunnel/bridge configured in a persistent manner and receive an IP address. How can i have that assigned to br0 instead of tap0?
Bridging on the client side, but ip goes to tap0, not br0

Given the following setup:
I would like to get the initial IP of the tunnel assigned to br0 rather than tap0. I already have the tunnel/bridge configured in a persistent manner and receive an IP address. How can i have that assigned to br0 instead of tap0?

With the manual i was actually able to solve my problems, and can even use the serverside normal DHCP daemon. I guess i was still confused by some of the terminology this morning.

Please post your Server config file and client config file.
