Please Help- Login Window issues on Windows 7 64bit

I finally, after a dozen tries, got the driver to install on Windows 7 64 bit.
Now I can click to open the program (as admin) and the icon appears at the bottom right of
the screen. However, I cannot click on it to access the login window. I can right click
see proxy settings, about and exit. That is it.
Anyone know what is going on? I am running OpenVPN 2.1.3, I have tried just about every version out there.
How can I log in?

I have similar problem for some time. And I was looking for answer thank you for your question. I hope someone answer you and I also can benefit from that answer

Windows 7 64-bits is a problem for me. For example, I can't close my computer without problem. When i start a new session, will show a frozen computer.
But using the same computer and Windows 7 32-bits, nothing happen. And yes, booth are original version.
I'm not the only person with this problem, so I think isn't my computer.

i am having the same problem on 64 bit windows 7 and i will keep trying and looking for an answer if i find one i will post it thanks for the support

Try the registry key mention here:
topic8314-15.html. Also update your OpenVPN to the latest version.

I got mine working. Re-installed 2.2.2 into a new folder, added new config files and it worked.
