Hi, basically is there a way to link all openvpn access server together?

lets say i have:

1)access server 1 - california
2)access server 2 - san diego
3)access server 3 - shanghai
4)access server 4 - moscow

is there a way for me to setup in such a way that the client can login into the access server and have the freedom to switch between access server by just downloading the installer msi from their client page?

p/s: im refering to openvpn-as, not openvpn.

It's more a writting a web page and redirect from it to the AS which the user will select.
