VPN Automation

Hi guys.. im just a newbie if this is a repost pls delete my tread...Just wondering if you could help me automate OpenVPN connections by editing config file or the GUI to connect and disconnect to my other VPN automatically every 2 minutes...
just like having a new identity/connection every 2 minutes..
