Give users access to different individual private networks

Hello. I am looking for a vpn solution that will give users access to groups of individual networks based on one account and one tunnel. Here is what I am trying to accomplish.
1. User logs in to vpn
2. User now has access to networks 192.168.0.x, 192.168.1.x, 192.168.3.x, 192.168.4.x, etc..
Once user is logged in, they can utilize these different networks for IP addressing. I was hoping this could be accomplished somehow with the user only having to establish one tunnel to the vpn access server.
Is this possible with OpenVPN or any other VPN software\product? Thanks for your feedback!
