Greetings.

I've got Windows 7 client, how I can prevent using other then OpenVPN networks on this machine?
In other words, how I can cut off all incoming/outgoing traffic when OpenVPN is disconnected?

Thanks for answering!

I suggested a few in this thread here: topic8595.html

Not sure which, if any, were the best for Windows 7.

Feel free to report back your findings after trying these:
  • VPN LifeGuard: Open source
  • VPNCheck
  • VPNetMon

Here's what I've maid with Comodo:

1. Created a global rule that blocks all types of traffic on the MAC address of the ethernet card.
2. Created a global rule that allows all types of traffic to a domain of the VPN server.

The result is when VPN is disconnected - no connections allowed for exception of the OpenVPN server's IP (or domain).
When VPN is connected all traffic goes through it.
