Unable to connect Automaticly

Hello
I have an OpenVPN server, that works as i have connected to it from this PC and others.
for some reason now when I try to connect, i log in and the page with

You will be automatically connected after the installation has finished.
always comes up i have uninstalled and reinstalled the VPN client but nothing seems to get me passed this
