OpenVPN Client connected but not working win 7

Hi, I have my openvpn client connected on Win 7.

The green lights are on.

I aslo:

- Runned with administration privileges
- Disabled UAC
- Truned the Firewall Off

Still I can't connect to my network.

Any help??? Thankyou!!!

Show client's OpenVPN config file, the log file, the routing table.
