Setup help

Hi there,

I just downloaded OpenVPN but I'm not a techy so having a bit of trouble. Thought it would be straight forward. So I've downloaded the software installed it and ready to log in but not sure what they mean when they ask for server address next to the connect button. What should I put into this box. Forgive my ignorance on the issue as I'm am unfamiliar with the process. I am simply trying to watch some UK TV away from home. Thanks
