Problems with TAP adapter on Windows Server 2003 !

I've some problems installing the TAP-Win32 adapter on a virtual machine with Windows Server 2003 running.
Every time I reboot the system ( after successful installation ), the adapter is removed from devices list.
It seems to be a sign problem with the driver ( see images ).
I've also tried installing only the TAP-driver by the last release of OPEN-VPN software ( 2.2.1 -- released on 2011.07.06 ) but NOTHING ...
