VPN tunnel (either OpenVPN or TTCP) carrying OpenVPN tunnel

Is it possible to carry an OpenVPN tunnel inside another VPN tunnel (that must be TTCP or OpenVPN, just those two for my purposes)?
If so, how can this be done?
My DD-WRT enabled router receives the signal of a VPN provider (StrongVPN), can be in OpenVPN or TTCP, as they offer both options. The purpose is to show the IP address of a given device as originating in a remote location (several to choose from, from StrongVPN servers).
It works like a charm... in my computer, that is. But I have another VPN appliance of my own, I need to make its signal appear as originating at the remote location as well. So far, my VPN appliance, which runs on OpenVPN over port 1194, can communicate well to and from its destination through the DD-WRT enabled router alone.
But when I load the StrongVPN settings into DD-WRT, only my computer shows an IP address from the remote location, while my VPN appliance gets invariably blocked, either by using TTCP or OpenVPN StrongVPN settings.
StrongVPN techs said that, while it's possible, the set up is complicated, and they don't offer that kind of support. They also said, why don't you just plug your VPN appliance directly to your ISP provider's router, that'd be easier? And I said, well, maybe because I want it to show an IP address from the remote location while it transmits?
I've tried a lot of possible configurations, but all inside DD-WRT web GUI. If you ask me for my config files, I'd say, what config files?... I don't even know how to do it.
I feel like I'm a clueless pioneer because nobody else seems to be attempting this, and many network techs have told me they have no clue how to do this, and some even think it's not even possible.
This is very frustrating
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!
