OpenVPN Support Forum

I am trying to use the OpenVPN Access Server AMI as detailed here:

I tried to ssh to this box after I set it up but cant seem to. From putty, I get a message that No supported authentication methods available.

Should I be able to ssh to this box? Is there some setting I am missing?

AS comes with professional support, this is the community forum, only for the community version of openvpn.
