Query: New VPN config

The Project.
1) Location A and B both have Static IPs. These locations needs to be connected to 50/60 clients - all working on WIndows XP.
2) Location A and B needs to intercommunicate as well.
The first part should not be problem as long as I keep subnets different for A and B.
But in this setup at least one location will be working both as a Server and as a Client.
Will this be a problem?
Any thoughts will be most welcome.

I'd set up sites A and B as openvpn servers for the remote clients; then I'd make site B a client of site A as well (or vice versa, does not really matter). You could even do both, if you get your routing right (i.e. siteB server also is a client to siteA server and vice versa).

Thanks janjust for your thoughts.
I think making Loc A client of B and Loc B client of A will be a bit of an overkill!!!
Unless there is some significant performance gain out of it. Which I dont know about so I will just configure one location as a server and a client and the other exclusively as a server.
The resources that clients will be accessing from both the locations, are nearly the same and all clients will simultaneously connect to both sites, but one location has a better internet uplink than the other.
I intend to make that end perform exclusively as a server and use the other to work as client + server.
The verdict will be out in a week, if not this weekend.
Will update once I have implemented the setup.
Regards

there's no real advantage in setting up 2 links between sites A and B, other than that you would have some sort of failover; however, if 1 link dies due to a downed network then the other link would also be gone.
