If you're running Vista or Win7 under an Admin account, do you still have to right click the GUI and run it as an Admin?

The reason I ask, I know as an example 7zip x64, even though you are running as an Admin, you still have to right click the app and run it as Admin in order to make changes to the options, so wasn't sure if the same applied to the OpenVPN GUI...

Yes you do. In windows 7 right click and it's under the compatability tab. You'll need to select Run as Administrator and apply.
