I am unable to login to the VPN Client server after changing the configuration to Ethernet bridging.

Err from Client Website: Session timed out. Please login again.

Err from Admin Logs: 'client_snat': omi/auth:422,sagent/usersvc:744,sagent/usersvc:903,sagent/usersvc:391,sagent/usersvc:253 (exceptions.KeyError)


Any thoughts???

which version of OpenVPN are you using? the community edition or Access Server?

I am getting this same error using Access Server 1.7.1 on a 64 bit xen based VM (installed via rpm into a clean centos 5.5 install). I have no idea what this is caused by or how to troubleshoot it further.

I tried switching to NAT mode and still get this error BTW.

Same problem here... Access Server version: 1.7.1

Please note that this form is for the community edition of OpenVPN only; OpenVPN Access Server questions should be asked on a different forum/channel.

Sorry I didn't realize that. What sucks is I opened a ticket on the 17th and still have not had a reply. I am a paying customer. Is that the only way to get help with AS?

If you haven't heard from anyone since the 17th, I'd open another ticket.

I hit the live support. This is a known issue with the work around being to not use 1.7.1
