I'm not part of the support staff here but I am a OpenVPN user (community and AS versions) and I don't see anything "wrong" in your log output. Is the information you provided the entire log contents from that session?

According to your log, the server you tried to connect to is not responding.

Could be for any number of reasons:
  • Down for maintenance
  • Changed IP address
  • Changed port number
  • ... and so on.
If you try to ping the IP, I think it will timeout.

This suggests that the server is down, or that your IP has been blocked (or that it simply doesn't respond to pings). To be sure that your IP is not blocked, try ping from a different IP. I took the liberty of pinging it for you, and the ping timed out.

Change your log detail to verb 5 for more detailed log if your curiosity is not yet satisfied.
