VPN bridging help?

We are trying to setup OpenVPN 2.1.4 server on Windows 2008 R2 and we are encountering problems. The client can connect to the OpenVPN server, but the client can't connect to any other machine on the remote network. The server (Windows 2008 R2) has IPEnabledRouter enabled and we have setup ethernet bridging.
How can we make it work?
