hello,
my configuration is working on a 3g directly to the net, but in my house with a modem and after a router is not.

what should I do?

the vpn subnet is getting up but I can not ping my server.

I am using a windows 7 client and a fedora server.

do I have to configure something diferent when I am not connected direct to the net?

Please post the log from your windows system. One of the things that is neat about openvpn is that it is unaffected by NAT and other router nastiness. It should be working just as well from your house.

the log is not given me any errors,

I think is something on the windows, I have tried on a windows 7 in my notebook with a 3g and it works well (easy-rsa), after that I tried on my desktop with diferent windows 7 os, directly to the modem and It did not gives me any errors on the log, but it did not work.

I had two diferent conections on the desktop computer, the old one which is simple tls mode works well, do you known if there is some problem on easy-rsa on windows 7?

Set the log level in your client config to 'verb 5' and post the results. You'd be surprised what can be gleaned from them. I've run openvpn on Windows xp, vista and 7 without difficulties.

can you give me one configuration that works?

Gonna need to see your configs and and some log files to troubleshoot this. Otherwise, you could go on the assumption that your windows installation is Not Quite Right and do the fdisk-format-reinstall dance
